其实并没有谁控制封锁住了霍尔木兹海峡，毕竟它是一个最窄都有33公里的航道，而且不在任何一个国家的内陆，没有谁可以像大家想象中对于“封锁”这个词的物理理解一样，在海峡上拉个警戒线搞个闸机。那为什么现在却没有船可以通过呢？
封锁住霍尔木兹海峡的不是某个国家，而是保险公司。
