Whoop最近我看了一下用的人好多,每天看指标会更焦虑,我有段时间hrv很低一直觉得头昏脑涨,后来发现自从买了马拉松手表,不用频繁充电,所以晚上带着睡觉,它对hrv的指标等等测得比之前Apple Watch 方便。我每天睡醒都会看一下。减少焦虑形成躯体化症状的最好方式就是晚上睡觉摘掉手表。Whoop形成的身体指标曲线和K线一样,只要有波动,人就会焦虑,建议大家没有身体疾病的晚上…………把手表摘了。
