交易所只能赚钱不能亏钱。
任何一个交易所都不例外。
比如抹茶和用户做对赌盘，用户赚了就不让提现。
OK这件事主要原因在于合约蛮荒时代，自己的规则没有设计好，导致用户开了很大的仓位，来对穿仓基金进行套利。站在ok角度，找理由冻结是没问题的。站在用户角度也是没问题的。
我建议把这件事交给法庭来处理。对簿公堂，不知道香港法院接不接。
