美元指数又重新涨到100以上了，但是同时期离岸人民币并未下跌，仅仅只是停止了上涨
这并非资本看好中国，而是央行一贯的滞后性操作，他们在看美元是否继续上涨，或者等确认美元涨势见顶时，再大规模补跌
尤其是当下川普访华前夕，绝不能让美国人再以汇率说事儿
人民币估计要在四月补跌一波了
