美国SEC+ CFTC今天联合甩出一个超级重量级文件，终于给加密资产进行明确分类。 这算是近期加密行业最重大的事件之一。 这份文件明确了什么加密代币是“证券”（要严管）；什么不是证券（像普通商品一样自由）。 之前Gensler做SEC主席时，喜欢搞模糊战，只起诉不给明确规则，整个行业灰头土脸。 https://t.co/RqWuq0vKk2
