正好一起问一下，上次推荐大家买的养胃粉咋样？我是觉得效果挺好的，周边朋友反应也是OK的。如果肠道不好，还可以买他家的冷链益生菌。
不需要一直吃的，没有依赖性。
肠胃这些有足够的经验可以推荐，但这些补剂我目前还在测试筛选，后面再推荐。
