硅谷AI圈除了技术加速主义（e/acc），另外一个大山头就是有效利他主义（简称EA）。
EA主张重视AI风险，支持监管刹车。
早先EA的声势是碾压e/acc的，但EA运动当时最大的金主SBF暴雷了，还嘴硬说“为了更大的善，可以承担更大的风险”。
于是EA的公信力大打折扣，现在变成技术加速主义的天下😂
