You're going good with your meditation if you're moving from sensations to shocks inside your body.
There is a current inside your body moving through energy channels, and the more it moves freely, the more you progress.
These movements could be so intense to handle sometimes, and when you find yourself going through an intense shock while meditating at a place, that means there is higher pranic energy available in that area, and it optimized your inner session; you would receive a higher dose of prana energy from that place.
Every ancient temple was developed for the same purpose, where people could meditate and fill their prana from the big pond of prana which was available in those temples.
Now that’s not the case anymore; many popular temples are filled with lower energies which simply make you trapped in the deceptive nature of reality more and more.
Gone are those days when Yogmaya used to dominate temples; now it’s all Mahamaya taking over in temples.
So, it’s always a better idea to turn your home office into a temple, find a fixed spot, and meditate there everyday.
