Helium 的 Zero Plan 之前发邮件说要每个月烧一点流量，否则会 suspend，但其实按照 FCC 的规定没欠费不能随便回收号码。后来变成了不免 e911 和州税，这里面其实州和州相差很大，上个月是 $2，改完地址只要 $0.47。
我挺乐意付这笔钱的，因为每个月从 AMEX 扣话费等于多了个手机丢失保险，懂的都懂。
