例如我自己买了某某币，我指定要去建设啊，这样也会被定义为收了广告费的？
我一直持仓建设 $giggle 一定是没人给我费用的，自己买入自己建设，改革以后我在发文章，我还要在后边标注此篇文章为付费推广？太扯了
如果这样被误杀的概率会很大，你可能没有收费推广，也很容易大概率被定义为付费推广
