最近龙虾日记停更了一周，因为自从把claude升级成200u套餐以后就在疯狂使用，上周的额度用到了98%，一周用了1200u额度。使用场景已经从每日日报变成搭建量化交易系统和量化因子研究平台这样更专业的领域，龙虾都能持续的给我带来正反馈。
这种持续带来的多巴胺，让我现在基本处于一天工作10小时,并且经常同时3-5个任务并发工作的状态。下周anthropic还把额度翻倍了，工作时长又要增加了。
