If you have to take a mortgage etc etc then the decision is different but if your sitting on cash or made tons of PnL … buying stuff is one of the best decisions because most likely you will burn it all. Houses are liquid… you can pull cash out very quickly. Buy shit when your up money… not because it’s an investment but because it’s really you making sure you don’t burn that money away… all the cars watches properties I bought last year.. if I left it in my spot bags of memes alt coins etc… I would be down 90%. Instead sold the top and cooking. All that stuff is super liquid. I can liquidate my watches prolly in 2-3 hours. Pull cash out of houses in a day or two. Or dump my car again within 24 hours at market It’s all about perspective. Also owning homes cash is gangsta as fckkkk
