吴说获悉，Strategy CEO Phong Le 发文表示，摩根士丹利拟推出的现货比特币 ETF （ MSBT ）是一次“巨大的比特币押注”。他指出，摩根士丹利财富管理规模达 8 万亿美元，若按其推荐的 2% 适中比例进行配置，将为市场带来 1600 亿美元的资金流入，规模约为 BlackRock 旗下 IBIT 的三倍。
