The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has dropped its lawsuit filed in December against JPMorgan, $JJPM, Wells Fargo, $WFC, and Bank of America, $BAC, over their handling of the payment service Zelle. They were alleged to have failed to protect consumers from fraud costing hundreds of millions of dollars.
