最近的加密市场几乎无法完成向上的持续突破， 任何上涨势头都难以维系，几乎每一轮都是冲高回落。 除了量化紧缩之外，我认为还有以下几个原因始终在对加密市场踩刹车。 首先是是流动性端不能形成持续的支持， 现货比特币ETF的资金流向极不稳定， 大部分时间都在流入和流出之间反复横跳，无法成为一个持续的买盘推进器，只要出现流入减速和流出一定会被杠杆玩家做空。 另一边稳定币总市值已突破3000亿美元但并不等于会为现货买单，实际上绝大部分稳定币正被沉淀在各种理财产品中，如交易所的保本策略、链上的类T-Bill生息产品，忙于赚取高额利息，并没有转化为购买 $BTC 或 $ETH 还有山寨币的净买盘。 供给端压力要比想象中的更大，抛开代币解锁，FTX的第三轮约16亿美元的资产发放还在进行中，另外Mt.Gox仍有约 3.4万枚BTC 待清算，最终偿还期限就在本月底，大部分机构资金和聪明钱始终保持在逢高抛售。 另外就是加密市场的叙事空转，实际上整个加密链上项目都是叙事与现实严重脱节，L2、AI+DePIN、再质押等叙事在2025年确实取得了进展，只不过这些进展尚未转化为可验证的、强劲的现金流或用户留存，这也就造成了加密市场基本面的推力远远小于估值的阻力。 因此实际上这一轮的山寨市场和2021年类似，上涨靠的是流动性（炒作），而下跌则是因为缺乏真实的基本面来支撑高估值，并没有什么实质上的革新和区别。

复盘一下和去年10月相比，今年的10月的山寨市场到底有多惨 过去一年时间里山寨币整体表现可以说是一片狼藉， 绝大多数山寨币兑BTC的价格都处于多年低位， 只有极少数例外（如 $BNB 、 $TON ，以及阶段性的 $SOL ）短暂跑赢。 即使这一年每月都存在较大数额的代币解锁，山寨市场的市值占比依然从去年10月的46%降低到了41%。 同时2025年全年，新增的机构资金持续通过现货ETF涌入市场，但格局始终是比特币、以太坊有现货上涨支撑，山寨币几乎没有分享到这波最关键的被动增量资金，并且随着时间进行，山寨市的割裂感还在继续扩大。 如果按照板块来进行对照： 1. LSD/LRT (质押衍生品): 普遍下跌，内部分化极大 (约 -20% ~ -80%) $SWELL (≈ -82%), $RPL (≈ -70%), $FXS (≈ -29%), $LDO (≈ -21%) 7. 跨链 / 互操作: 相对抗跌，但仍下跌 (约 -26% ~ -31%) $ATOM (≈ -26%), $DOT (≈ -31%) 只有少数Defi蓝筹在今年表现良好， $LINK 上涨了约48%， $AAVE 上涨了30%， $UNI 仅下跌16% 实际上回归一整年的时间，2025年全年的资金流向被牢牢锁定在BTC和ETH上，山寨币被彻底边缘化，再加上宏观事件主导的市场的避险路径始终是先杀山寨币的流动性，再轮到比特币，导致山寨币永远是第一受害者。 同时市场情绪本已脆弱，而大量山寨币在第四季度又迎来了密集的代币解锁潮。 尽管以太坊Dencun升级降低了L2的成本，但2025年真正吸走市场注意力和散户资金的是Solana链上的Meme币发射器，资本和注意力变得高度短周期，人们开始习惯快进快出，稀释了真正有基本面的山寨币的价值和溢价。 另一方面全球金融稳定委员会（FSB）等监管机构仍称全球监管存在显著缺口，也进一步导致机构资金，更愿意停留在BTC和ETH这两条最安全的合规路径上。
