大家都知道水盆羊肉是陕西的
但是仔细分一下 是渭南而不是西安的
所以其实西安95%的店 都不正宗
渭南的水盆羊肉分两个门派
1/ 茴香汤底 2/ 花椒汤底
西安现在大多是渭南澄城的茴香汤底
味道要淡一些 我认为不如花椒汤
可以找招牌带 富平/蒲城 的店铺 应该更浓
