最近学到的：
大部份项目缺乏自己可控的高效传播/连接渠道，死在产品/服务转化成利润的效率过慢上；
越开放的生态被限制的成本就越高，但初期凝聚共识需要的外力也很大；
不要高估自己的时间/机会成本，在增长下行的市场盲目试错一直入池反而是很危险的。
