最近看房价真是跌成一坨屎
真想买，性价比真的高，以前500万的房子，现在200多万还带精装修
以前150万的房子，现在70万带装修，看一下装修就得30万，相当于40万买一套。
最离谱的有一套以前80万的房子，现在上拍卖就16万
但是现在房子也租不去了，轻工业城市，现在年轻人都不来做工人了。
