I recently did a structured reflection on my journey since entering the space.
The core takeaway: it’s essential to be clear about what problem you’re actually trying to solve. That clarity only comes from breaking things down into stages and tackling them one by one. Curiosity drives action, and through solving even small problems, both self-awareness and perspective evolve over time.
One of the most important early lessons for me was the concept of attention allocation. Only recently did I truly grasp how much noise dominates the space—how easily the signal gets lost. To uncover what’s essential, you have to slow down and dig deep.
At this stage, I’m focusing on three key areas:
1.Returning to Bitcoin’s native tech and underlying fundamentals
Without understanding the foundational mechanisms, it’s difficult to truly grasp where this industry is heading. A higher-level perspective is needed to evolve one’s thinking.
For example, there’s renewed momentum around OPCAT, driven by OGs aiming to revive a deeper narrative—it may signal the start of a new wave.
I’m gradually shifting long-term attention back to Bitcoin, with the intention of building in the ecosystem for the long run.
2.Systematically exploring arbitrage and strategy opportunities on Sui.
Sui’s architecture and ecosystem are structurally distinct, which creates asymmetric opportunities.
I’m working on a research framework to better understand the emerging dynamics and identify long-term strategic plays.
3.Consistent long-term value creation through structured output
I’m setting up a system of reading and writing to improve clarity of thought and expression. The goal is to consistently solve real problems and generate compounding insight through content.
