2️⃣去年以“靠谱”、“短平快”、“一定赚钱”和“直通币安”著称的币圈打新平台Buidlpad，现在推出“美股Anthropic打新”，规则是：
- 估值9500亿美金，目标募资300万美金，最低5000美金。
- 20%订阅费，直接扣，20%绩效费，盈利后收。
- 必须锁仓到上市后6个月结算，也就是说，如果年底IPO，资金要被锁仓到27年6月。
