比特币低于 1sat/vB 费率交易限制，可能要提交到 Bitcoin Core 提案了！ 此前规定的比特币交易 TX 至少需要支付 1sat/vB 的费率才能被接受到内存池中。而现在比特币的价格已经今非昔比，需要支持更低的费率（比如：0.1sat/vB）降低比特币交易的成本。

https://t.co/VQcnx0xLot I made reducing this limit a goal for Libre Relay. I'll also try to submit a pull-req to Bitcoin Core if the reduction is successful. It should be: when 1sat/vB was set, the Bitcoin price was much lower.
