We have pioneered an entirely new avant garde with avant NFT, achieving entire new modes of art taking both finance and network art to scales previously impossible; “blockchain art” has not done anything of any remotely similar note. Temporary prestige is assigned to the latter only because it’s restricted itself to maintaining the mores and limitations of presentation in legible institutional form— this is not why they fail to approach an avant garde, but it is an obvious symptom of that failure— but history will not care about small fry critics and dealers glazing their empty niche, especially not when the avant garde standing next to you has exploded open the study of both finance & network, the two conditions that will define this century— as it goes: “google me next century retard”. If you don’t agree, debate me, end the art media embargo on Fang, cover the thesis, cover what is clearly been the most impactful, influential movement in american art in the last 5 years, give my longposting interview in an actual outlet—not some throwaway twitter space or podcast— so all the hack artists can finally face the fact a real art has come back, and all the real young artists can see where it’s come to be and saved before they’re lost to cynicism of the corrupt art world, pressure to them to defend themselves, they’ll lose in every situation they can’t escape by pretending not to see it.
