BG在国内起诉voxel合约事件中获利的用户了？
为啥在最开始公告里BG说的是“部分用户疑似操控市场行为”
但在这里起诉原因又变成 $bitget 交易所（看样是新加坡主体）因为（自身？）技术故障导致的合约异常波动了
到底是谁（用户攻击还是交易所本身）导致出现BUG，让谁（做市商还是交易所）受到了损失呢
