说实话....以我短浅的认知
正常一家企业如果内部有很明显的漏洞/风险，可能对公司造成重大损失
哪怕涉及的是某些高层的小金库利益
大概率也会有内部人士积极推动改进
在没办法从内部推动改进的时候
转头找外部，通过舆情或者其他手段推动企业拨乱反正
而不是搞一些奇奇怪怪的
