果然。。一直回购但币价下跌，原因就是解锁的比回购的要多。
去年每个月 $JUP 保底解锁五千多万个，年初两个月更是解锁了12.2亿的代币
当然，本月底，JUP还有7亿代币解锁
估计，hnt的情况也差不多
