LAVROV: RUSSIA DENIES PLANS TO ATTACK EUROPE Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Russia has no intention of attacking Europe beyond Ukraine. He warned, however, that any Western European attack on Russia would trigger a full-scale military response. Earlier, senior Russian official Andrey Denisov urged Europe to pursue normalization, saying it would benefit both sides.
