细节如下：
- 存款上限：2 亿美元（先到先得）
- 存款资产：USDT、USDC、syrupUSDT
- 锁定期：2个月（大概率是 TGE 之后才能解锁）
- 收益：XPL（TGE 时解锁）、Maple 的syrup 收益和 Drips
ps：
1. 还不知道给多少额度 XPL
2. 在哪存还没公布（合作方 @maplefinance @MidasRWA），应该是 Midas，等通知就好
