宣称自己通过了STO备案其实根本没有通过，他只是提交了一份豁免证券发行通知，而且这份文件提到的金额只有57万美元，而且文件开头直接表明了这份文件SEC并没有进行审核。所有信息来源于官网，而且，mystonks宣称在富达托管了5千万的股票，但为什么只备案57万美元呢 @thcaroline2233
