In the early internet era, most people still underestimated how deeply it would integrate into everyday life. It looked niche, confusing, speculative, even unnecessary to a lot of people back then.
Bitcoin still feels similar today.
A lot of the world sees it as a volatile asset first, while the long-term believers see it as infrastructure slowly embedding itself into finance, payments, savings, and eventually the internet economy itself.
If this comparison ends up being even partially accurate, we’re probably still much earlier than most people think.
