缅甸政府提出了个核弹级别的法案：
运营网络诈骗中心（包括crypto杀猪盘），最高死刑；
强迫他人参与诈骗活动，死刑；
一般参与数字货币诈骗，无期徒刑。
这可能是全球对crypto诈骗最严厉的法案了。
早该这样了，东南亚那些杀猪盘害了多少人？多少人被骗去当"客服"，多少受害者倾家荡产。
