The start of InfoFi started with $portal questing. When $Portal came around it broke CT for weeks, this is where questing and infofi campaigns were really born IMO, before that it wasn’t usual for any project to be using it for their launch, after $portal it became mainstream for any project to use for an upcoming TGE or even NFT drop to increase mindshare. With $Portal i finished 5th overall. > My tokens for $portal were worth $104k at TGE, only about half unlocked immediately & a decline from launch. i still hold a bag to this day lol. nowadays with Kaito, wallchain, Xeet etc these infofi / questing systems for projects have become the norm and a lot more streamlined and organised in what participants are rewarded for yapping, quacking etc shows we are always evolving and you don’t know what opportunity will be next to shape the mold of the CT as we know it.
