If i was to start a new X / Twitter account today and aim to grow a name for myself in CT this is what i’d do (Step by Step) 👇🏼 > Make a brandable name & @ that’s memorable & unique > Purchase Premium for a blue tick (shows you’re a real person & helps algorithm boost) > Create a list (using Twitters list feature) of the top 100 creators on K4ito, Xeet & Wallchain > Sit on my phone about 8-12 hours a day (or however much you can) making sure to reply to all these top creators you put in this list, make sure that: - your replies are always on topic of discussion, provide your personal opinions - your replies are within 1-3 hours MAX of the tweet being posted. > You will slowly get replies from these creators once they see you’re a real person and showing up actively (trust me they will reply to you because you’re not writing AI slop, a creator responds to real comments no matter the followers) > Once you’ve been interacted with a few times by said creator, DM them, NOT saying ‘hey can you follow me’, but instead saying something like ‘i really resonate with your content etc etc’ > Your goal from your DM was to get the creator to remember your name (hence why step 1 of making a memorable & unique name is important) > Stay consistent with this reply guy strategy, but now you have some recognition and probably a few followers it’s time to create your own content. > Choosing a niche of content can be very important, this is personal preference. - If you’re into NFTs, make NFT content, if you are a trader, talk about your trades > The importance as a new creator trying to break through the mold is to have a unique style of content, whether that’s daily breakdowns on what happened on X in the last 24 hours, articles, InfoFi campaigns etc. > Make sure your content stands out, most people on X are very low effort so posting with custom graphics made on canva (free) or anything else that makes you stand out > Mass liking & following is a bonus but 99% of the time it’s temporary engagement, important not to over-do it (there’s strategies to this that people don’t share) but go to the latest tab in search and filter, for example ‘gm min_replies:1 -filter:replies’ this will show all gm’s with 1 reply or more and by most recent. > Stay consistent with your replies during this time as well, replies are the top of the funnel. > in your content don’t be too broad to begin with, you need to gain an audience that knows you for something DONT put links in your tweets- the algorithm will deboost you heavily. your focus is to make users spend more time on the app. more time on your posts = more algorithm help = more engagement = faster growth thank you for reading, feel free to bookmark this tweet and come back to it, reach out to me in dms if you need anything specifically or comment below 👇🏼 >
