contrary to popular belief, I think it's worth spending the time hopping on hundreds and hundreds of 1:1 very personal calls get people to fully align with your envision, become emotionally invested in your work AND you as a person and with that much real support, u can't fail

people are very excited about what I'm building and that gets me very excited I've had a lot of bad calls with folks b4 but past few weeks literally all have gone exceptionally well 75% of the people I speak to are eager to join the team because they know what we will be worth
