项目方没钱托；
项目方不愿意托；
市场对吹的牛不买账，没有资金愿意进，毕竟价格上涨本质上就是资金堆起来的；
项目太超前，市场认知度不够，看不懂，于是不愿意进。
无论哪种原因，价格上不去都是因为缺乏资金（买盘的力量不够）。
