之前 Manus 说要加入 Meta，还强调会继续在新加坡运营，但这次监管给的结果很明确不批。
背后逻辑：
AI这种东西现在越来越敏感，不只是商业项目，涉及数据、模型、控制权，一旦被海外巨头收走，风险就不一样了。
可以合作、可以出海，但核心资产想直接卖给大厂，基本很难过。
