参考周期为3D。你问我能不能长拿，但我是老波段狗了，我没有长拿的概念。我个人只能给你拖个底，比如在价格未跌破 12 区域前，你可以拿着，尽量别去看它。
经常看自己持有的币，是长拿的大忌吧。
