过去，新中国成立，再到五年计划，十年动荡，改革开放，人民生活和文化水平普遍不高，就像一个新生的婴儿，你要各方面都要亲自照顾，替他拿主意，那个时候搞中央集权、舆论管制，我是支持的。
但现在，社会经济和文化水平都提高了，相对过去，人民有了自己的思考能力和独立意识，就应该逐渐放开管制，推行民主化，但显然有些人仍然在搞过去专制集权那一套。
