到一定程度才理解，去一个陌生的地方，起一个团队，把业务线、策略和目标理清楚，把团队带出来，让团队把业务线带起来，是一项多么了不起的能力。
不知道有没有人天生擅长这件事。
我意识到自己并不具备这份天赋，直到今天也不擅长。
也意识到这一关不过，人永远走不到下一个阶段去。
