首先，加密是个好技术，但是前任 @GaryGensler 管太多。
加密技术很适合取代金融中介。
以前的监管主要就是确认出事的要抓哪个中介。
以后要怎么抓我还没想好。
但是在我想好怎么抓谁之前，大家抓紧时间干!
出了事可以豁免(花多少钱没说哈哈)
