kyc什么时候成了交易所对付用户的手段了？哪个交易所都不能这么干吧。我很客观中立的一个说法。
家印打工的都知道。仅仅想问交易所什么时候可以随便提取kyc了，这是人能干出来的吗？？？？？？？
