When you operate from high spiritual energy, innocence attracts you more. If you raise your energy for selfish motives, greed and lust will emerge from that connection with innocence. That’s largely the case with people who are operating from high spiritual energy (especially when it arises from deep work): they manipulate innocence for their own material and sexual gains, and they don’t look at age when they involve themselves in such acts. More wealth and status give them more access to manipulate innocence further when they get a private space. However, when you raise spiritual energy by following the framework of righteous living (called dharma in the Hindu religion) while having complete faith and surrender in divinity, love overpowers lust and greed. It flows toward innocence, eventually compounding more positive spiritual energy in the whole space. But you can’t kill greed and lust completely; they could always sneak out the moment you loosen your spiritual discipline. That’s why some high-profile saints have been charged with rape and financial scams in the past.
