The AI-agent narrative is the perfect combination of innovation and speculation, and the sky seems truly to be the limit. We had the first 'content creation' phase of agents capable of shitposting, entertaining and give us market insights (GOAT, ZEREBRO and AIXBT, respectively). Now we are entering a phase of agent-specific utility (=DeFAI) and agent-to-human adoption (=AI dApps). > DeFAI: Agents are expected to be capable of having full custody over their wallet and handling their treasury. These agents supposed to have an edge in the market with in build tools such has market and on-chain analyses and faster/ more accurate execution. Think of yield optimization, trading, betting, etc. Eventually, they can act as an autonomous DAO and people can earn yield by 1) holding token and/or 2) depositing money into the treasury. > AI dApps: Adoption has been the main topic within crypto since genesis. "How to bring the next billion users to crypto". Well, AI seems to be the answer. Crypto started as a tool for simple payments and evolved to more complicated DeFi in time. It even seems to be hard for us, crypto natives, to truly extract all possible value in this continious evolving sector. For example; you truly need to be on top of your game to farm the fvck out of that new ponzi early before it goes mainstream. AI dApps are exactly meant to give everyone the knowledge to extract value out of this market with tools that were previously available for a select few. Imagine, doing complicated stuff using LLM and getting personal market insights whenever you need them (your personal AIXBT). Also, normies will be able to interact with blockchain, without even knowing they actual are. Therefore, I believe that true adoption will come with AI powered dApps and thats exactly what makes it so lucrative. Oke, but how can u position yourself well when there is litterally a new agent/protocol popping up every minute? Simple bet on market leaders and infra while the narrative as a whole has a lot of room to grow, unless, there is a highly asymmetric bet. For me personally, the narrative are clear: Infra+ launchpad + Rust = $ARC Infra + launchpad + NFT = $AVA dApp + DeFAI = $ANON Assymetric bet: $EMP All these have something in common: based innovative tech & based builders. Choose your battle and find your own edge. Dont get distracted by every pump trying to chase them. However, be open-minded and adapt whenever needed. Good luck.
