1.之前的 45 亿全卖了，均价 42 卖掉的，这些钱估计全买了以太所以才会这么快的以太增长；
2.新增加额度一把拉满，不逼逼了，说 5% 就5%，一次性来 200 亿；
3.要不考虑公布下地址吧，减少很多人的质疑，但是美股公司其实不会假买，不然也要进去里面踩缝纫机的
