这个行业需要的核心人才，人家是越来越愿意来，还是越来越离开… 就是人才的净流入指标。
比如，加密行业是基于代码的，那么其需要的核心人才是程序员，因为他们代表着行业未来的可能性。
我所了解的信息和个人感观（不一定准确），加密行业的全职程序员这几年一直在净流出，最近两年呈加速状态。
