南韩全州地检24日宣布，以违反《特定犯罪加重处罚等相关法律》（受贿罪）为由，对前总统文在寅提起不拘留起诉。
同案中，检方也将易斯达航空创办人、前国会议员李相稷依行贿与业务上背信等罪嫌提起公诉。
