关于 @PlasmaFDN 的额度分配。
实际上1.5WU的保证额度只有811U，然后有额度的用户是可以进行超额塞的。其实就是把认购期，没有打款的用户的额度分出来
我把链上的现金都给打了进去，差不多1.6WU的样子，不知道最后能打多少回来。
希望能吃肉hhh
