x402依赖于eip3009，也就是TransferWithAuthorization
但是BSC上的usdt是不支持eip3009(有TransferWithAuthorization方法)的
并且bsc上的usdt不是可升级合约
因此bsc上的x402使用usdt支付除非全面换币，不然很难实现，但是bsc上的usdc是可能的，因为usdc是可升级合约
但是当前仍然没有更新eip3009
因此都是假的
