不出意外也意外了下我的 @zama 认证也失败了😅，根据网上现在通过的人，有三种认证： 1️⃣身份证+身份证地址 2️⃣护照+香港银行地址 3️⃣身份证+国内手机账单认证了两次系统就判定失败了，目前如果界面不能重新认证，只能先发邮件或私信团队成员等待 @jeremy_cbradley 建议早点做认证，这样失败了有足够时间留着可以去申诉。
