BREAKING: Microsoft, $MSFT, says it has reached an agreement with OpenAI regarding its ownership stake.
Under the new terms, Microsoft now holds a 27% stake in OpenAI, valued at $135 billion, and OpenAI has committed to purchasing $250 billion worth of Azure services.
