最近每天测量血压，我已经是轻度高血压了。
今天测出个高压119，低压95.
之前高压140的时候，低压也才85.
每天都是焦虑，失眠，心惊胆战。
我感觉我的身体已经废了。
我已经过不上安生日子了。
可能人就是这样一步一步走向灭亡的吧。
